Craig and Jessie and Jack came up this past weekend. Jessie was a might bit offended that I said the help train had left before she arrived. I had thoughts of labeling this blog post the Caboose. I am sure Wikipedia says the caboose is the most important part of the train and therefore Jessie and Craig were the caboose. I imagine Jessie would be less impressed to be called the Caboose.
Hopefully finding Jack's Halloween costume makes up for the error.
In all seriousness, Jessie is a load of help. She does dishes, sweeps floors, cooks the most delicious meals, folds laundry. She's pretty amazing. I would love to go to St. Louis and help them whenever they have another child. The problem is I don't know how I am going to escape my own kids and we're like a traveling circus anywhere we go. I might just have to pay for her cleaning lady to come or have a pizza delivered to their house.
Craig's helpful too but not in the same way. He does move dressers upstairs even though he complains about it.
The whole lot went to watch Miss M play soccer. Well, the whole lot being everyone but Miss Cate and I.Craig wrangled rogue babies off the soccer field. Mr. Man's the munchkin in the light blue coat. Jack is in the dark blue hoodie. They look cold.
She looks like she's engaged and playing. I don't think that's quite the story. She did tell me recently that soccer is her most favorite of favorite sports which is very interesting.
Our Hawkeye babies. Aren't they all so adorable.
The boys needed some down time after our visitors left so their doing their usual Sunday morning reading.
