Does this not just kill you? Does it not just make your heart happy? There's so much sass wrapped up in one little girl. She's dressed like her Aunt Nessie but has the attitude of her siblings. I don't think even her siblings have this much attitude. Poppin' the collar.
I chopped about 4-5 inches off my hair. It felt so good to get rid of all of it. It was gross. Kit-Kat is almost a year. The fog is lifting a little every day. It's time to start showering regularly and feeling like myself again.
Big Willie is pretty good with arts and crafts. He hasn't gotten marker in nearly the number of inappropriate places as Miss M has in her life span. He's probably planning on an epic mess that makes me throw all arts and crafts away. We did the baking soda and vinegar project and he was enthralled. I was repulsed b/c the vinegar is so potent. It's all for the sake of the children.
I willingly paid a babysitter to come over for 8 hours so I could go help paint the foyer of Miss M's school for free. I conned Jill into coming with me b/c I paid her babysitting as she left Jack with the babysitter. The babysitter only had three kids total since the girls were at camp. I think I have lost my mind. It was fun to paint with Jill and Karen and see the transformation of the space from avocado green to sky blue.
The kids received a thoughtful package in the mail last week from our friends in Switzerland. We had taken them some US products they can't get in Switzerland when we saw them in June. Then Nancy mailed the kids each a special gift. Miss M received a book of masks that she can color and then there are holes on each side for us to put the string into. It's fun and keeps her entertained with all the different masks. Kit-Kat got a book and Big Willie received a coloring book. The coloring book is written in Swiss and Nancy translated each page.
