Kit-Kat got in the pool one day. She didn't seem to mind hanging out in a large bath tub since the water was heated to a lovely 90 degrees every day.
I think Miss M would have swam all day every day if someone would have been in the pool with her. She asked to go swimming from the time she woke up until we finally told her it was warm enough to get in. She does a nice job of floating/swimming by herself in the pool where someone doesn't always have to hold on to her. There was one day when it was just to cold to swim and her heart was broken. She didn't understand b/c she never gets cold.
Grandma served as Miss M's personal water taxi but she was called a dolphin cab. Miss M would request a trip around the pool by her dolphin. Here she's just resting her head in the water letting Grandma do all the work. The girl has it made.
Big Willie was obsessed with Papa (as he affectionately calls him). He wanted to know where he was all day. He yelled Papa's name for him to come get him from his crib in the morning or after naps. He followed him everywhere even to the bathroom. One day Papa got out of the pool and took his swim trunks off when he got in his room. Big Will came running out of his room and demanded he take his clothes off too. When Big Will struts around in his knit/cotton shorts with his belly hanging out he tends to resemble Papa. It was rather adorable to see Papa have a little mini me.
Miss M. She's such a nut. She raises her hand and says Miss Katy I have a question. Miss Katy I have a question. I don't mind that she calls me Miss Katy but I find it rather goofy. Even Big Will thinks she's goofy.
