Family Bowling

The girl still doesn't think much of her car seat.
We don't usually do a whole lot when we go to Iowa b/c the kids are fine playing together at the houses.  We decided to go bowling. I was pretty excited about it until I realized how much work it was to chase Cate around the bowling alley. Of all the places there were to run around she insisted to run straight toward the lane or the ball catch area (in an attempt to get her fingers smashed by 2 ten pounds bowling balls).

The adults bowled on one late and the kids had their own lane with bumpers.  I think the kids had fun. Big Will was sad that every turn wasn't his turn. We are learning to share and struggling to accept life isn't fair.
Ella was really good at helping Miss M set up her ball.  Miss M thinks she's a master bowler now. She thinks she's a master of everything.  It's exhausting.
Due to the girls insistence on wanting to take off and run down the alley we played outside and ate rocks.  Well. I didn't eat rocks.  She tried.
Look at that face.  It kills me.  It's amazing to me (probably more than the other two) how quickly she went from trying to walk to being a straight up walk everywhere kinda gal.
