Perks

Well I think it's safe to say that the city doesn't make living here the easiest. Yesterday Aunt Ness came so I could run downtown and get our city stickers for the car. Well, I came home empty handed. I didn't have the right documents with me bc a credit card statement isn't sufficient to prove your residence.

So I loaded up Drew, Miss M and myself in the car and drove back downtown. This time I was prepared with all the correct documents. And as things would go there was a significant line to wait in. But here is where the story gets good.

I got to the point in the line where a man stops the number of people in the room and he motions me to go to another area. I look at the area he is referring to and realize that he is having me to go the area for "Seniors and People with Disabilities". I waited for someone to come help me. It was a nice young intern who probably has more incentive to be nice than his full time counterparts. Or maybe he was just a nice young man.

Anyway, being classified with "Seniors and People with Disabilities" has never been so awesome. We were in and out of city hall much faster than we would have been if we were in the regular line.

Then we tried to go to Target. Someone screamed throughout Target. And that someone almost made someone else scream back throughout Target! Then she screamed for half thr drive home and now I am currently blogging from my phone in the car while she sleeps bc I don't have the energy to wake her up.

I think we will just chill until our appointment later today.
